We have been asked a lot when to expect the harvest of the different varieties. Obviously we can only give a general projection and the final result will be up to Mother Nature. Never the less, the following table and list is should give you a general concept: 

There are 45 different types of vegetables, herbs and fruit, and 110 varieties all together.

 

All our seeds were hand picked carefully from “Baker Creek Heirloom seed Company”, and are all natural, non-hybrid, non-GMO, non-treated, non-patented seeds. They were all produced by small farms, gardeners, and seed collectors in the US and in other parts of the world.
